The box arrived damaged I was tempted to just return it without opening. The product inside was fine its a 2 pin plug which is a pain but all in all its a great little buy. Ive only ever used it to dehydrate chicken feet treats for my dog. Worth the buy but always nice to receive a purchase in good condition instead it looking like its been thrown around from one to another to reach here. Lack if respect.

Quality is poor. Has turned up broken and unusable so awaiting a replacement. Will update review if it arrives and works.
