Love to hear friends say they love these mugs. Really unusual.

This is the second time I have received these mugs broken. The first set arrived with 2 broken mugs, and the replacement set also arrived damaged. It is very clear that the problem is the poor packaging quality. In addition, the mugs are much bigger than they look in the photos, so the size was quite disappointing as well.
