Very durable and top quality. Going with cast iron as our previous terra cotta tagine cracked under the heat emitted by the direct flame of our gas stove. We probably had it set too high, but not taking anymore chances!

this the best. I used it to make a morocan chicken dish. I simmer it for 2 hours on lowest heat after the first browning spices veggies, etc it was delicious and nothing stuck or burned. LeCrueset to the rescue again.

Cleans nicely - evenly distributes heat - big enough to cook for a family / small enough to store easily!
