Lodge Carbon Steel Griddle, 22.7cm

Very Solid and durable griddle. Exactly what I expected.

It is a great griddle for camping or a gas stove. It will work for an induction stove top, but it would really scratch it up. I am sending it back. The shape is great for pancakes and eggs.

Have only used it once but after a little bit It didn’t appear to be sitting flat. Was really excited that it worked with induction cooktop

Recommended by the store owner where I bought my new gas range. He said the lodge griddle was superior to that made by the stove manufacturer due to it’s raised edges. No pancake batter or drippings running off of this griddle! Heavy duty, sturdy and perfect size to cover 2 burners.
