Lodge Cast Iron Round Dutch Oven

A Great Dutch Oven from a Great Company . This will last more than a lifetime .

Gave this as a gift to my niece who is a serious cook. She loves it.

So far Ive used it twice for deep-fried chicken and for two delectable pork loins, one using orange juicebroth and the other with applesbroth. Superb. On stove top, it created a very nice crust on the loin that I preferred over the other I cooked in the oven. Perfectly even heat either way and lid seals well. The bucket handle makes this a lot easier to maneuver as this is a heavy Dutch oven. I will be roasting stuffed bell peppers next then a hardy meat loaf. I have the 7.5 qt version that can handle about anything. Top quality. Fair price. Buy this one.

The reason I give this one star is WAYFAIR IRRESISTABILTY OR LACK OF NOT PACKING THE COOK WARE IN A SHIPPING BOX. WAYFAIR SLAPPED THE LABEL ON THE MANUFACTURE BOX AND SHIPPED VIA FED X. FED X DOES NOT CARE SO THEY THROW YOUR MERCHADISE AT YOUR DOOR STEP. IT WAS CHIPPED . I WAS GOING TO BUY MY LIVING ROOM FURNITURE FROM WAYFAIR BUT NO.....
