Love this griddle. I cant stand the smell of bacon cooking inside the house (I know,sacrilegious). I am able to cook bacon on my gas grill. Its almost like making it a Blackstone. The griddle is quite heavy, but thats to be expected seeing its cast iron. It says its preseasoned but not really. Make bacon your first cook with it, and it will be fine. It retains heat quite well. And it cleans up pretty easily. All in all, a nice griddle.
