Fab quality

As a gift for use on special occasions we were very disappointed that the gloss dulled in less than two years. Tried to ask both Maxwell Williams and Wayfair for help with restoring the gloss finish or replacing the set. No support on that request. “Normal wear and tear” for a set that has not been used more than a dozen times.

Superb value for money. Lovely clean, classic dinnerware. Well packaged and delivered safely and promptly. Excellent service all round.

Ok but not as nice as hoped. We already have Maxwell & Williams white basics crockery which we really like and I was hoping this cashmere set might be compatible and potentially better. The large plates were good but the small plates and bowls are not as nice and are smaller than the basics set also. I have returned this item.
