4L Digital Air Fryer

I bought this about a month ago because if was on special offer. I am enjoying experimenting with it. I only wish it came with a proper manual with more instructions and advise for use, recipes etc. A lot of packaging on food refers to the manufacturer's recommendations for cooking instructions but there weren't any in the box, just a single sheet of paper. Lower temperatures 180 degrees or below don't seem to cook well so my attempt at baking a carrot cake was a disaster; bread was soggy underneath. Chips and jacket potatoes are ok, though, and the kebabs and tandoori chicken i cooked so that's alright so long as the temperature is 200 degrees!

I am very happy with this air fryer because it is cleverly designed - very practical, easy to use and wash, lightweight and very pretty!

I wasn't sure if I needed an air fryer, but now I have bought one, I'm delighted that I did. It is only a small one as I live alone. There are so many things I can use it for, not just cooking, but re-heating too. Plus it is very quick, so a win, win.
