Good quality product. Attractive presentation box ruined by Wayfair identification code labels which are impossible to remove. Free replacement box exactly the same. Not suitable for a gift.

This is such a lovely gift. From the pretty box that it's inclosed in to the actual cup itself. Just the right size; not massive but not small. Really pretty design and colours. The quality of the mug seems excellent. I was relieved as buying gifts online is always a risk - but in this case it paid off!

Lovely mug however the gift box has a very weird smell which just lingers despite attempts to disperse it.
