The pot rack arrived promptly. There was no damage to the packaging and the product had no damage. The metal is substantial and I believe it will hold up very well. The directions are easy to understand and hooks are included. There is storage area in the top. We did not hang it up yet, because we are not ready yet. Would definitely recommend it.
