Panasonic 52 cm Wide 1000 W Countertop

Bought recently as a replacement for my old microwave. Impressed by build quality and cooking options, although I've only used the microwave to date. Looking forward to trying out the air fryer mode. Looks really good in my kitchen, would recommend!

Finding the touch pad very taxing - you have to press far too hard to get the buttons to work. I have wrist and tendon issues and these controls irritate. If you have arthritic fingers this may irritate. I have followed the quick guide and it is not accurate. I choose convection and press the time button for minutes and H1, H2 etc appear. The lack of any comprehensive manual either on paper or online is, frankly, unacceptable. My first Panasonic product and I am not impressed. I try air frying some products next.

I bought this approximately one month ago and I’ve used it only as a microwave and defrosting at the moment. As I previously purchased a Panasonic microwave in 2000 and todate its 26 years old and still working perfectly and only decided to purchase a new one because the plastic surround where the controls are yellowed with age I can’t praise Panasonic for their quality in microwaves enough.
