Simple to use, excellent results.Versatility of the machine is outstanding.Does not disappoint.

I am enjoying finding the capabilities of this wondrous new acquisition. I have downloaded the instructions, but not printed it off as yet, so I am using more of a "what does this button do" approach. This is my only real criticism, I would have preferred an instruction booklet. Oh yes, the feet are a bit skiddy on the worktop, but I have adapted my door opening technique!

From what I've used of the oven (microwave and air fryer) it's a great product, but possibly a little too big for my needs! The air fryer cooks much quicker than some of the times given on food packaging, so best to keep an eye on things, so timings can be a bit of trial and error! The microwave does things a little different than my old one, but that's probably down to new technology compared with my old one. Only 4 stars because of a total lack of instructions and scanning the QR code only gets minimal instructions, ended up having an online chat and was given a link to get a full set of instructions

The single thing I do not like about the product is the touchpad. The icons are quite small and you have to press precisely. Using it in dim light or too quickly will prove slightly frustrating. I would love proper tactile buttons (definitely not a round control knob. They frequently fail) But I'm going to persist. Keep the product learn to use it and try to adapt. It's the only product I found in this size that had the four functions. There's only one place in my small kitchen where the microwave fits appropriately but because of the heat that comes from the top during convection oven or grill use, I'm going to have to change the contents of two cupboards that previously had food and cans. Previously I had just a microwave. But overall after one month the product seems very efficient in it's cooking.
