I was really disappointed that I ordered two buffer warmers for a party, one was missing and the one delivered was damaged and clearly used from the seals on the box being open. Once opened there were scratches on the plastic cover and what looked like food residue. I was really disappointed, I had paid for two and only one arrived.

Happy with this keeps food warm for a good couple of hours, good for parties
