Works well & it stays still on the kitchen surface as it has stickers on the feet -great to use

Broken the bowl on the first week of purchase. Email Russel Hobbs to by a replacement, they told me they don't have the spare parts anymore so I need to find it online myself. I would expect they'd offer me a trade-in for a new model with cost, or a partial refund because they cannot fulfil the *TWO-YEAR* warranty. Nothing. It's an absolute disgrace from a big brand. Very disappointed and will never buy from Russel Hobbs again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design of this processor is lovely, however it does take a while to process the food especially if it’s too hard. I would say this is better for soups than anything else. It is also very noisy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to try this, but unfortunately was disappointed. I used the blender to blend some soup. Half way through blending, the lid flew off and poured burning soup all over me. The blender is also very loud. I wouldn’t use it early morning or late at night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing! Been after a food processor for a while, and this is amazing, it is both a blender and a processor so it is literally two in one! It was amazing at both shredding cheese and even blending ice for a frappe!! It is a lot quieter than what I thought it would be, and all the pieces separate so it makes it so easy to clean! I learnt the hard way that it won’t work unless it is all seated properly as I thought I had a broken one till I realised that there was safety locks on it to ensure that there’s no finger casualty’s!
