We like the finish and apparent quality. However we bought this as a replacement for a Shulte Uffer pan after the handle came off so we are hoping for longer life.

Excellent heating on both induction and electric hotplate, pours very well, solid handle but not heavy, so it simply will not overbalance. Very happy with product.
