I absolutely love my pulse pump. Unfortunately, I am on my 2nd warranty replacement. After about 6-8 months of use, the pump remains in the "down" position and does not automatically return to the "up" position (i. e. , the pumping action stops). Simple Human has been great about replacing the pumps under warranty, but I'd love to see a remedy to this dilemma.

So this pulse pump is probably one of the most aesthetically pleasing pumps I’ve seen this is my second one like these a lot love the shape with the brush steel and the pump is so smooth in its action will say after a few years it dose lose that smoothness. So then you have to put some effort into it but overall a great product in great condition and simple human shipped it out in no time.

Excellent quality, capacity and delivery of soap is excellent. Sturdy, well made and also, as described, the top of the unit doesn't retain finger prints - great bit of gear and it looks good.

After struggling with the sensor version for some time, I’ve opted for the pump. But it’s early days yet. However, easy to use and needs minimal contact with the spout. I will be delighted if this one doesn’t end up dripping constantly!
