Great looking but didn’t work! When you filled coffee in filter and put the filter container on machine, it was impossible to click the arm into position! Very stiff, must be some fault. Sending back for full refund.

I have a strong appreciation for this aesthetically pleasing coffee machine, and I often find myself trying to convince myself of its merits. However, as a coffee maker, it falls short; it fails to produce rich coffee oils even when using the two-spoon setting. Each time I add two spoons of grounds, only a small amount of coffee is extracted before it stops. Initially, I attributed this issue to my own technique or the quality of my coffee beans. In an effort to achieve a richer flavor, I've gone through half a can of coffee powder in just three days—can you believe that? Is using two spoonfuls of ground coffee really insufficient? To further investigate, I brought my coffee setup to my mother's house where she owns another Delonghi model that costs one-third the price. With just one spoonful of grounds, her machine produces a deliciously rich espresso that fulfills the fundamental purpose of any good coffee maker. Consequently, I must return mine now—a decision that leaves me quite disappointed. It seems I may opt for Delonghi instead; unfortunately, this particular model simply does not perform adequately.
