Excellent product

The equipment is fine. Unfortunately you use Evri for your deliveries, who employ drivers who have not yet understood the concept of, or worked out how to use a doorbell. If they could they would realise that informing the occupant of a delivery would greatly reduce the risk of doorstep theft. Also their web page does not open to complains or contact so they are virtually useless in ever way.
