One of my dishes has a faulty lid . A replacement has been ordered for me. If you have a faulty item don’t bother with chat or WhatsApp ring the 0800 number. Problem resolved very quickly and efficiently.

Absolutely love these. Keeps food hot whilst I am cooking the next dish or waiting for people to come to the table. Remember to put boiling water in the casserole dish first, put the lid on then empty the hot water just before you put the food inside, just like a thermos flask. Stylish and useful, just what I like.

These are excellent! I use an airfryer all the time and cook food separately, once the veggies are done I put them in the Casserole set and they stay hot for ages! they look good on the dining table too. Very pleased with these.
