Mine is in Grenadine. It is beautiful. I made Sous Vide ribeye steaks last night and seared them in this cast iron pan that I preheated and added olive oil. It was my first Sous Vide steak and it seared beautifully in my Staub Grenadine cast iron pan. I purchased this pan expressly for my Sous Vide searing but I use the pan for other things too like fried potatoes.
