STAUB Cast Iron Pancake Pan, 28 cm

Not even worth one mark. I bought this to replace my existing pan but as yet I've not been able to produce one successful pancake - despite endless attempts.

This surface is as smooth as it gets and heat is very even from middle to edge. This makes for accurate heating on all areas and cooks the crepe fast and even. Pan is heavy, heavier than you think, so be careful when picking up. However it's the type of pan that will last forever. Pros: Smooth, Even Heating Cons: Heavy

Awful pan everything sticks. Does not temper. I am very familiar using cast iron with enamel

To be honest, I’m scared to make crepes, but I will someday! This pan makes great pancakes and wonderful grilled cheese sandwiches. And it looks great to boot! Heavy coated cast iron is so easy to clean too.
