Cooks a 6-7 lb broiler perfectly. My family couldn’t stop raving about how juicy it turned out! I usually roast my whole birds in a large Dutch oven with veggies and I was very surprised that using the Staub roaster made it MORE tender juicy than in the Dutch oven with the veggies! I’m very pleased with it.

I love this pan. It makes a perfect tender, moist chicken.

+: Super easy to cook- you get a succulent and delicious chicken with crispy skin. -: As it's an enamelled cast iron it's a bit of a pain to clean afterwards- requires some good scrubbing
