Edit- The pepper mill stopped working so I opened it up to calibrate it properly. That’s when I realised the mechanism inside is of plastic. I have no doubt there were bits of (black) platic coming out along with pepper. Please avoid buying this unless you want to eat plastic. Excellent quality. It’s a little heavy to use (being marble) but works well. I can see this lasting for a long time.

Love these, although very heavy They look and feel substantial and the pepper grinder works really well.

top quality, only minor suggestions would be a salt grinder option and a slightly bigger grinding handle but still look and work great.
