It was heavy and only lasted a short time

This kettle is not what they SAY It’s just a noisy as any other kettle Very disappointed

I bought this kettle as I had read “some” good reviews about it, how good it looks, how quiet it is etc. the first kettle arrived with the on off switch snapped off in the packaging. The customer service I found was not good. There was a lot of e mailing, questions, photos etc all before they agreed to send a replacement, they even told me to cut the electric cable on it and send photos of that! Eventually I had a replacement, and yet again the on off tab that slots on to the switch is broken in the box. Not good. This time I will get a refund and not another one of these kettles!! Now starts all the e mails again!

Liked the look and style. Unfortunately poor quality and the switch snapped off when first used. Item has been returned for a refund.

Great product, exactly what I was looking for. Lightweight, easy to fill and pour and a lot quicker and quieter than my old one
