Tramontina Bestow Enamelled Cast Iron Griddle Pan 27 cm

This pan is the bomb for burgers and streak. You can grill meat real well on it, but need to soak after for a day. The food get stuck to the point you sweat to clean. Heavy pan for anyone that has any problem lifting. It’s a man man thing. Nice!

The Tramontina Gourmet Enameled Cast Iron Grill Pan is EVERYTHING my husband and I hoped it would be. Excellent craftmanship, heavy-duty and we found it is an exceptional value compared to other more expensive brands. We’ve used it now twice since my recent purchase. My husband was excited to cook us Ribeyes on the stovetop - he was aiming for perfect searing and having the grill lines, as well as outstanding steaks and he achieved it all. They looked amazing - like they would have come from a high dollar restaurant!!! I used the skillet for searing my pot roast and onions, afterward I added potatoes, celery, carrots and seasoning. Next, I pulled out the foil and covered it all tightly, placed it in the oven @ 325 degrees and allowed it to cook for about an hour and 1/2. The outcome - juicy, delicious and very tender roast with succulent vegetables and gravy galore!!!
