Even better than I expected.

I am completely disgusted!! I have ordered many open box items and have received like new items. This pan is scratched, discolored, and has bits of food on the surface, rim, and handle! GROSS! Wayfair refunded my money, and this pan is not even going in my house! It is going directly in the trash! Completely disappointed in Wayfair!

First off, this is not the Tramontina 13.7" wok as advertised by Wayfair, it is actually only the 12" version. Wayfair needs to update the product information as I specifically purchased this product from Wayfair thinking it was the larger wok. It says 12" on the bottom of the wok, so that is why I deducted a star. As for the wok itself, it is an excellent stainless steel wok. Heats evenly, and is very easy to clean with just soap and warm water. I put it through its paces boiling noodles, blanching vegetables, stir frying chicken & vegetables, and also deep frying chicken in oil. The wok handled all tasks with ease. Even though this is the smaller 12" wok, it is still large enough to cook for a family of 4, yet not so large that it would be a burden to use for smaller meals for individuals or couples. I have a number of other Tramontina stainless tri-clad pots and pans and they have all held up great over time, so I fully expect this wok to last for many years.
