Disappointing from wayfair. The chopping board on Wayfair's site clearly shows a board that has squared edges all the way around the board with no slope on 1 side. The 1 i was sent (pictured) lost almost 240 sq. cm of chopping surface of a 1500 sq. Cm board. On the plus side, Wayfair customer service dealt with my complaint promptly despite the fact that they couldn't guarantee a chopping board that looks like the 1 in their catalogue photo.

About This Product

These fabulous live edge chopping boards are made from responsibly sourced Indian acacia wood to create charm and character in your kitchen, inspired by those that are used by famous chef James Martin. Similar in style to butcher's blocks, these live edge effect boards help you to bring a feel of the outdoors to your home, by creating a minimal and earthy look, the simplicity of these designs is what makes them so impressive and they are sure to be a talking point when you host guests. Each unique chopping board is crafted from pieces of thick, solid wood bonded together to avoid warping over time and to create a rustic look. It also has grooves on the bottom of the board to prevent it from slipping on smooth surfaces. The unusual edge brings an eye-catching design to these pieces and highlights the hand-made beauty of these boards. Each board is unique and is perfect for chopping, as a luxury cheese board, or even as a table-top decoration topped with fresh flowers and fruits.
