What a shame! I was so excited about receiving my package. The package was secured. As l started to remove the items from the box, my stomach turned, and l instantly wanted to vomit when one of the mugs was stained/dirty. It obviously had been used and not washed properly. It's disgusting!! I would hate to think bedding is used, and then returned for unsuspecting customers. I am so put off right now!!! While the dinner set is gorgeous and good quality. I ordered a radiator cover a while ago, but l haven't opened it yet. l would hate to think it's been used!! Either l return the whole package or the cup is replaced, but l am paying for used items.
