Good price, well packaged, extremely speedy delivery, and very good at doing it's job of steaming. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Works well, and as the illustration shows is capable of cooking quite a lot of food. The timer is clockwork so there are no electronic components to fail. It is best used near a cooker hood or extractor fan as it produces generous quantities of steam. As with all cooking appliances a bit of practice should help get the best from it. Cooking trays nest to save storage space.

the basket doesnt fit the steamer that well, so steam leaks

Really easy to use and clean! Great quality product and highly recommend. Quick and simple with a great outcome of steaming vegetables as well as cooking rice! Great flavour and ensures all the nutrients are kept on the vegetables!

This is a fab upgrade to my previous steamer - I love the metal base and the fact that the 3 drawers stack for less space in the cupboard. However, because of that useful feature, you can't just swap them around when cooking. 4 stars only because the steam holes are near where you have to hold the lid if you want to give your veggies a shake - why not put the holes in the middle so the steam doesn't burn your hands?
