Beautiful cafetière overall - I love the simplicity of the stainless steel. However, I was disappointed to find that mine rattles (it sounds as if there’s a little scrap of metal trapped between the two insulating steel walls), as well as the small handle on the lid being crooked. This doesn’t affect the coffee being made, but it does detract from the user experience, especially as I bought this pot specifically for its great look. VonShef and Wayfair might benefit from better quality control, as I sadly feel like I own a second grade product.
