Customers are generally pleased with the water filtration performance, noting that it effectively removes impurities and provides great-tasting, pure water. Many also appreciate the filter lifespan during regular use. However, customers have mixed opinions about filter replacement frequency, as it varies depending on water hardness. There are significant negative remarks regarding the spigot features and gaskets, with frequent complaints about leaking, poor water pressure, and cheap plastic components.

Excellent dispenser, it looks good in the kitchen, but more importantly it provides quality water

Good size of tank. I would appreciate if the the tap is lower and also I feel that when filter is soaked in water it gives a bit of funny taste to it

I have done everything possible to tighten and and assemble this nozzle to stop it from dripping and can't make it stop. It is fairly cheap plastic and can't believe this design flaw exists. Disappointing.
