So happy with this griddle. It works beautifully on my induction cooktop. It cleans easily, too. I love the easy maintenance of the enamel. Storage space is an issue for me so I was drawn to this folding handle grill. The cooking surface is large. The enamel coating on the cast iron makes it easy to clean and maintain without the hassle of seasoning. The iron itself heats very evenly and retains heat so I get great browning and nice grill marks. The deep channels between the ridges keep my food from sitting in the fat and produce a well cooked item. The silicon handle stays cool and is comfortable to hold.
