This isn’t so much a review of the item but of the response from Wayfair “customer services” when I reported to them that the vacuum seal on the thermal coffee pot I bought had failed after using it a couple of times a week for just over 2 months. These things happen, sometimes goods are faulty and don’t last as long as they should. Wayfair’s response however was that the item had been sold with no commercial warranty and as it had lasted longer than their 30 day returns window, they were not obliged to refund or replace or help in any way whatsoever. I’m sure this information is all there somewhere on their website t’s & c’s but lesson learned.
