It makes the need for a specific pan type for certain dishes redundant as this will do it all making it a true kitchen essential, Fry, Sauté, Braise, Brown, or Simmer. It is portable as well so as long as you have power, you can use the cooker anywhere you want to. As it's got a non-stick coating it not only makes cooking easier, but it also makes cleaning super easy. All you need to do is just rinse the cooker with warm soapy water and a soft sponge.
