I have given 4 starts not 5 due to there being no warranty on this product that I can find in the product leaflet or from an online search. Also the product leaflet that comes with this dehydrator is very basic and brief and unless you are already into dehydrating you will need to get a dehydrator book as well before you can get started as it doesn't even give any basic times or any information at all about how to, what to etc which is a bit naughty really, That aside, I have had it 3 days and dehydrated cucumber slices, apple and cinnamon slices and cooked beetroot slices and all got eaten by my family in under 10 mins lol its easy to use and adjust the timer and temp. it does say you dont need to rotate the trays but I found that you do really as the foods towrads the back def dry quicker than at the front so I turned the trays a couple of times through the 6 hours I used it. I put a thermometer in it on different levels and it def keeps true to temperature which is good. So far I am really impressed with the actual machine, despite the lack of information and lack of reviews for this machine online from qenuine buyers, the only reviews I could find were from people who had been given it to try and review. So I was a bit worried it would be awful (I purchased it mainly due to being able to pay Klarna Pay, which I couldn't have done if Id bought any well known brand ones from other sites), So yes at the moment 10/10 for the actual machine!. In order to make the work easier, the user manual contains extensive tips for the preparation, refinement and drying of the most diverse culinary delights. The dehydrator offers a lot of space on 10 levels, providing 1050cm² of space, a total of almost 1m² for the drying area, making it perfect for large quantities of dried material. In contrast to many other dryers, the Fruit Jerky 10 has a stable plastic, aluminum and steel plate, which is used to insert the dry planes and protect them against accidental overturning and collision. In addition, the casing keeps the heat inside, where it can circulate around the device and dry out the food. An extra quiet fan blows the hot air from the rear evenly between the layers. In addition to the production of dried snacks and ingredients, the machine can also be used for refreshing food. Slightly stale bread or bread rolls can be crispy fresh after a short time in the dehydrator, and also chips from the previous day can get their crispness back. The dehydrator can also be used for making bread. The dehydrator can even be used for making food for cats and dogs! They will love their dried meat strips, and they are very healthy and cheap to make. After use, the inserts can be easily cleaned and be put back in the dryer, ready for the next use. Four slip-resistant rubber feet make sure the device does not slip about, and remains steady during use.

The bio chef dehydrator features a stainless steel casing, removable high-quality 304 food-grade stainless steel trays, and a stainless steel heating element, ensuring your food never has to come in contact with any harmful, BPA-leaching materials.
