Unfortunately,I received a faulty unit which kept cutting out with an E1 error code. Wayfair were very good and offered a replacement unit or a full refund. I accepted the full refund and was advised to bin the faulty unit. Can’t complain about Wayfair customer service, it was spot on. I am unable to use a conventional oven now so bought this hoping to make life easier. It certainly does. Lots of preset settings or easy adjustable time and temperature to suit anything you want to cook. I clean it after every use and am so happy with it.
