Using their own recipes bread is nice but dense. Other recipes don't work on the settings. That would be ok if there were more recipes with it. As it's German I can't get help with it. I’ve just tried using this item but baking first time with ready made bread formula did not bake well. I tried with the recipe the result is disappointing . The bread rose but remain solid and soggy. I’ll try again and the third time it does not work I wtll return it. The bread loaf did not raise and I’ve had to throw all following loafs. Hard on the outside and soggy inside.
