I really like the Solitaire Kettle as it goes with my Solitaire Toaster and my Solitaire Set of 3 Cannisters. The downfall of the Kettle however is that the Kettle lid is difficult to open and sticks continuously and have to use my fingernail after 6 attempts at opening it up, mechanism needs looking at.. For the price, I think it is very good value. Much quieter than my previous kettle. The lid is quite hard to pull up and open and if not careful, results in the condensation under the lid spraying outwards!! My fault I thought it was a press button to release the lid.
