Absolutely love these mugs. I was looking for something that was a decent size but light in weight, due to having issues carrying heavy things. These are perfect, easy to carry and lovely design too. Upon using my first mug, pouring hot water into it made it start forming a hairline crack, but customer service dealt with this swiftly, and promptly rearranged a replacement. I was only expecting one replacement mug to be delivered, but instead, a full box of mugs were sent. So 5 stars for customer service too. I will definitely be buying from wayfair again. Thank you.
