The Cerastone pans are great. They are bigger than my previous pans yet seem to heat up much more quickly. They are heavier than my previous pans and the bases are much thicker. I'll give them 5 stars because they are good quality for the price and I appreciate the attempt at innovation. But after using these I feel strongly that non-stick pans should be used for non-stick things and non-coated for non-coated things. This really is a not-ideal version of each, but they certainly work and are good quality.
