The product description lists only 'metal' for materials but this product's cutlery holder and drain rack are plastic so ... so much for reducing my plastic usage. Mostly any complaints I have regard Wayfair, not the item per se. They sent me the wrong thing, initially, and it arrived damaged to boot. Then they told me I'd have to bring it to a courier to have it returned to them when the fault was entirely their own. After a while, they agreed to arrange a pickup which they should have offered me from the start. Their website ambiguously states that "most items" are fully refundable but I was informed the item I ordered just happened to be one of those that doesn't qualify for a refund.
