The Gaia collection of wine glasses from LAV brings a contemporary twist to traditional glassware, with a striking stemless design perfect for outdoor events and packed-out party venues. While wine traditionalists may scoff at the thought of a stemless glass, there are some scenarios where a tall, top-heavy design proves far more trouble than its worth. Picnics, for example - the eternal search for a plot of parkland level enough to prevent your Pinot toppling over your tuna sandwiches! - or a house party where any surfaces are a) limited, b) small or c) above a carpet which is a very different colour to the contents of the glass! These Gaia glasses serve as the solution to uneven terrain and unsteady elbows alike, thanks to a low centre of gravity that makes them far more resilient against nudges, knocks and tumbles. The classic Burgundy silhouette provides your wine of choice with plenty of room to breathe, bringing the finer bouquets and flavours to the fore and transforming every sip into a tantalising tasting experience!

Set of six elegant white wine glasses that will add to your drinking pleasure. An ideal choice for any occasion or as a gift.

Packaging arrived damaged but fortunately all 12 glasses perfectly in tact. I bought these to match my other white wine Dartington glasses about 10 years old of which there aren't many left. They are very slightly different, slightly smaller base (hopefully not less stable) and very slightly different bowl on the glass but I think only I would know as essentially they look the same. Good value I'm very pleased to have got such a close match to my favourite glasses so as not to start a new collection.. Mimi. Royston, GB. Tue Jan 17 2023

Serve your favourite juniper-based cocktails and creations in contemporary style with these Short-Stem Gin Glasses from Rink Drink. Designed to cater for an age in which cocktails are consumed as often standing at the bar as they are sitting at the table, the short, stout stems of these goblets provides far greater comfort and stability in the hand when compared to traditional elongated stems. As with all Rink Drink glassware, these glasses are dishwasher safe; the unique shape also allows glasses to be stacked inside one another - perfect for cupboards and cabinets where space is at a premium!

The Noniq range of Beer Glasses from LAV serves as a representation of the company's ongoing commitment to bring contemporary design and innovative styling to your drinking glassware. Based on the classic "Nonic" silhouette, the shape of these pint glasses is immediately identifiable by the soft bulging effect that occurs just below the rim. This seemingly innocuous stylistic feature, in fact, offers three key benefits: It improves the grip around the glass; It helps to prevent the glasses from sticking together when stacked, and It improves the strength of the glass and serves to protect the rim from being chipped if dropped (hence the name "no nick"). The 570ml capacity of these glasses makes them perfect for serving full pints of beers, lagers, stouts, ciders, and ales. As with all LAV glassware, these Noniq glasses are dishwasher-safe for hassle-free cleaning. This beautiful range is lightweight and functional

The large bowl, meanwhile, maintains that same classic "Copa de Balon" balloon style, allowing ample room for the drink's fragrances and flavours to develop before collecting them at the narrower rim for the most sophisticated tasting experience. As with all Rink Drink glassware, these glasses are dishwasher safe; the unique shape also allows glasses to be stacked inside one another - perfect for cupboards and cabinets where space is at a premium!
