The special feature of the Aerovital cube chef hot air fryer is the duo heating technology, thanks to which two heating elements (top and bottom heat) fry, bake, grill, or roast any imaginable food to perfection. The heat from the upper and lower heating elements is distributed quickly and optimally by the top-side circulating air fan and food is cooked gently and quickly from all sides. Operation is also very simple, as the Aerovital cube chef offers 16 programs with a preset temperature and cooking time, which can be selected directly via a digital control panel with a touchscreen. Of course, temperature and cooking time can also be set manually: temperatures from 50 to 220 °c and cooking times up to 60 minutes are available. A time preselection function can also be of great benefit: simply select the time (max. 9h and 50min) in 10-minute increments until the desired function starts, and come home on time to a fully cooked dinner. Still getting to terms with using this new gadget! Highly attractive in white and not too large so it's sitting on my work surface ready for action.
