This casserole pan is a great all rounder. Works on my gas job and my induction jobs and fits perfectly well cooking away in my ovens. With the glass lid and steam spout it’s got to be one for multi uses. Very well made as expected by Berndes. I have been looking for this pan since Christmas last year and so glad I waited.
