Our Gauntlet Single Oven Gloves are made from natural cotton with a polyester wading, and available in a selection of classic and modern Ulster Weavers' designs. They are ideal for handling hot pots and pans, as well as piping hot dishes straight out of the oven. Our single oven gloves provide protection for one hand, extending further up the arm than double oven gloves and ensuring you don't get burnt when cooking up a storm in the kitchen or mastering chicken skewers on the BBQ. These strutting roosters and broody hens bring farmhouse chic into every kitchen they roost in. This manufacturer wanted to create a dog design where the dogs had lots of character and looked like doodles. They didn’t want to concentrate too much on different breeds instead of creating a crew of characters. They started the design by making smudgy marks on paper with paint and differently shaped brushes. They then worked into the shapes with ink creating quirky dog faces which I later made into an all-over print.
