The perfect heat distribution on the pan base ensures an even browning of the dough on the entire surface, and the flat rim allows the delicate treats to be safely flipped. The classic for crêpes and thin pancakes is always firmly on the heat source and is easy to handle thanks to the solid wood handle.

This surface is as smooth as it gets and heat is very even from middle to edge. This makes for accurate heating on all areas and cooks the crepe fast and even.
