Purchased to use as a Dutch oven for baking sourdough bread. Lovely dish and does the job perfectly. Quite a bit of weight to it as you would expect from an iron pan and so far has been fine to clean with a plastic brush. Even recommended to a friend who also wanted one for the same reason. Laura.
