Very disappointed with these glasses.Two were smashed and when I looked closely at them it appeared they were not 250ml capacity glasses which is partly why I ordered them. When I poured 250 mls of water into one of the glasses it spilled over the top confirming my suspicion. Wayfair offered to replace the broken glasses but when I challenged them over their capacity they asked me to perform an experiment using a non perspex jug on a set of scales and then pouring the liquid into the glass and sending photos!!!!! Whatever next?? I was not prepared to do this as I am not employed by Wayfair to check their merchandise. When I refused I was told that is their system - Really???? I asked them to check the glasses themselves but they apparently could not do this. Why? I did think about contacting Trading standards but frankly it was too much hassle. They also wanted to charge me £5.99 to return them to which I said no as the description of the glasses was not what I had ordered, I asked for the broken ones to be replaced and unfortunately due to yet another one being damaged when it arrived, I am now waiting for yet another replacement.
