Ordered 3 sets. One set had 2 broken large plates and another set had 2 broken bowls, so there’s obviously an issue with how these are packed and/or transported. However both Wayfair and the supplier were very helpful and sent a full set to replace the broken ones. Evri as usual were poor and didn’t update their tracking so I didn’t know when the replacements were going to be delivered until they actually turned up. (Not the first time I’ve had this issue with Evri ) There’s a fair bit of variation between the various plates and bowls but we don’t mind that, but worth noting if that would be an issue for you.. My first delivery unfortunately had a broken dinner plate in the set so I requested a replacement dinner plate...they were unable to do that so they sent me a complete set. It took a while to come ( as they communicated) but did come so they kept their promise and therefore I highly recommend shopping with this company. Good communication from this company.... Heather.
