I love this pan it's so beautiful But I wouldn't recommend it to someone I received it and tried it out straight away, I only used it once and the colour from some parts came off I've used it so I don't know if I'll be able to return it It is a beautiful piece I wish it didn't come off. The classic for crêpes and thin pancakes is always firmly on the heat source and is easy to handle thanks to the solid wood handle.

This surface is as smooth as it gets and heat is very even from middle to edge. This makes for accurate heating on all areas and cooks the crepe fast and even.
